case status says “Interview Scheduled “
I had my AOS interview on 21st Jan-25. The interview was nothing but just confirming details of 485. the officer gave a paper post interview that says case held for review.
has anyone gone through this? What does it means? they need more time to review the case after already case been pending for more than 10 months.
Isn’t decision give after AoS interview?

why were you given a paper ?
you can reach out to your congressman, they will send an inquiry if the FO don’t send a response within 30 days

@immu s : Normal 485 questions, the paper says case remains in review state. it’s already 30 days post interview and nothing from FO. will write to my congressman on Monday
