case status not updated after biometrics
biometrics collected on Dec 3 is it normal that case status is not updates yet?

yes mine was ok August 20 and not updated but I ask emma and they say this applied so you can ask emma to make sure

type live agent then case status then type case follow up then you'll be connected to agent

you can call on the uscis contact number and then say “in-person services” it will connect you to a live person. my case never showed biometerics collected but the lady could see it update fine at her end.
