Case status changed to finger print applied for a second time.
Case status changed to finger print applied for a second time yesterday. I got the same status update about 5 weeks ago after the biometrics. Does this mean timeline reset? any other person experienced this?

@Israel GC was the case status change for I-485 or I-765?

@Kevin L for I-485. Applied for i765 at the same time and that got approved with the same biometrics.

@Israel GC No one except for the USCIS knows the reason for sure. My hypothesis is that they re-ran the background check for some reason. For example, it is known that they re-run it right before the final adjudication. Was your biometrics applied to your case right after the biometrics appointment?

@Kevin L thank you for the response. Appointment for BioMetrics was Aug 12, biometrics applied to both i765 and i485 on Aug 22. biometrics applied again to i485 on October 4.

@Israel GC Thank you for the response. If I were you, I would not worry about it. At least it means that your application is not forgotten.
