what response did you got from congressman?

@Mparmar Parmar they contacted their representative and didn’t put an inquiry. they said case processing normally and I can put in a request on Dec 9… ridiculous

@april 2022 I also contacted them and they ask to fill one form so we did that and send them back and now we are waiting for the response, Idk if you did the same process with congressman

@Long Journey I mean this is crazy.. I guess once they hold a case they hold it forever.. I mean how come they don’t have deadlines or anything.. that’s just crazy.. have you thought of a lawsuit or mandamus ?

@Long Journey why don’t you apply for a k-3 visa? i might submit an application for a k-3. yeah in afraid if we do the mandamus they might get pissed off and never approve.. in my case I’ve no clue what security checks are they talking about. every time they also tell me security checks.. it’s insane
