Case sent to San Fernando Valley FO - Non local
Hi community. My case was sent to San Fernando Valley FO (Non local FO since I’m in FL) on 8/5/2024. Anyone on similar situation? my PD is 31 Jan 2023. This is for my i485 AOS ROW that was filled on Jan 16 2024. Thanks,

follow. My case was also sent a non-local FO two days ago. PD: Nov 2022. File 485 on Feb 2024, no update

I sent my case on 26th Jan 2024. Currently sent to a non local FO. still waiting for a response. usually non local FO means interview waived.

Just ask my attorney, she said it is not clear positive or negative signs of case being transferred. Sometime they will send back to NBC for decision. So, waiting game again

same. my 485 was sent to SFV FO on 8/6. I filed AOS on April 12, 2024.

@S D go to uscis webpage, open a chat with live agent Emma writing infopass appointement. Follow the options from there. There are some good TikTok and videos if you lookup in google how to chat with Emma live agent. Let me know if you need help

so Emma tells when case is transferred but it does show on status. Maybe I should do as @Mr LB B says
