Hi all,
My application is at Tuscon field office for 3 weeks now and today Emma agent told me it was last reviewed by the office at 05/31. can anyone share their experience how long the decision takes after it is reviewed by the field office? thanks!

@Ahmed E R thanks! I did ask live agent a few times and the last agent provided me with this information. Agents before told me that they can’t provide information when my case was last reviewed

I haven’t heard officially on the interview, but my case is at a non-local FO so I’m assuming I won’t be interviewed

@Gabi P honestly I’m not sure what this review means that happened for your case. it could have been the very last review. but it could also be nothing special. the only way that you could make sure that this review was the main review is to ask them whether the FO has been scheduled to give you an interview waiver. because all cases whether they are in local FO or not, need to be decided about the interview. if your case is scheduled for that then that means the review that it went through was the last one.

yeah I just asked Emma agent and my application is not waived or scheduled for interview so probably a long wait to follow still

Everytime, I talked with live agent 3 times he said your case under review and normal process. I asked if the interview waived or not he said no information available regarding that. PD Jan 2022 and submission date (EB-2 NIW) I-485 September 2022.
