Case reopened for reconsideration after getting approved 4 days ago. I think it may be system glitch. I got my approval letter today. my i485 transferred to another service center , Concurrent filing

I am so livid. So my i140 was approved on Feb 28 which I got an approval notice in the mail as now been denied. I don't know what to do.
