your case is pending because of the regtrogression. they will hold your case until visa become available again

In this condition, have they taken decision already and not updated in the portfolio, or they will just start looking files when the retrogression is over and take a decision?

I believe they already taken a decision but there is no card available for produce

I believe it is because there is nothing more to do, so they leave pending, otherwise they could send an RFE or interview

submitted medical report and then after 1 week i got the case remains pending notification. I hope the officer has made a decision and when the priority dates become current the decision would be posted in the online portfolio.

mine uscis received rfe on july 1 and yesterday it showed pending.

same here. straight Eb2-1, Row, RD: Feb 2021. my case transferred to NBC from Nebraska and moved to CRP on the end of May, nothing change since then.

Hi, On Sept 6, I received the same status - Case remains Pending. My case was transferred to NBC on Aug23, 2022. This is 485 application for EB1. Receipt date Apr28, 2022. Medical was submitted along with 485.

oct 2022 visa bulletin out eb3 other worker category didn't get current the wait game still continues.................................

My spouse and I got the same status / situation as @Vamsi. It seems that we have to keep monitoring in the next few days in case there is any update. I'm EB2 and current after retrogression

I attended interview at local FO, got an RFE, responded to RFE, then case remains pending. I just called USCIS and they say my file is at NBC. Don't know how to interpret that..

Just a quick update, today I got my GC in hand. I hope all of you guys get it soon as well. Stay put, and steel your nerves, we all know is a tough process but, it is worth it.
