case remain pending
does anyone have experienced or heard how long would it be since case remain pending (due to no visa number available) until decision?

First, your PD needs to be current. Then, if you are lucky, they will touch your files and send an RFE after your PD, which is around 1-3 months. After receiving RFE, you must be fortunate again and approved for around 30-90 days. It is in the LUCKY case.
