mine said actively reviewing then after 2 days it said “interview is scheduled” and that I should wait for the letter in the mail. I already got my interview time and date.

did you make an online account? if it says that your interview is scheduled, you can call USCIS customer service and ask for location and date of interview. I called them and they told me location, date, and time.

yes yes do have an account but mine says actively reviewing from the day I got the receipt ntoce

I think you just have to wait until it says “Interview has been scheduled.” I got my biometrics Dec 6 and then Dec 7, it said “case is being actively reviewed” then a couple days later it updated to “Interview is scheduled.”

yes it’s AOS thru spouse. I got the deficiency letter for the medical report since I did not submit with my initial package so I have to just bring it during the interview.

i wonder how this work, last time when i talked with them they say its a service center near your zip code and every single one of them near in the list says more theb 9.5 months

I think those waiting time are just estimates. my processing time for my service center says 7—19 months. But it’s only been 45 days for me, so the wait times might not be too accurate.
