go to uscis website make an account if you didn’t already, go under documents and download the biometrics letter there is no need to wait for the mail.

it asks for a “online access code” when we try to add the case on my.uscis.gov. is that the website?

so that means you haven’t received the access code in the mail yet. once you receive the mail with the access code just make an account

ahh. how long after you filed did you get the biometrics appointment? is yours marriage based?

yes mine is marriage based too, I got biometrics appointment 3 weeks after I filed the case , I have seen NBC moving faster then others but still they are unpredictable.
my assumption is if the case is filed with the medical exam they process it quickly, I can be wrong but this could be a possibility.

Oh okay! yeah, we didn’t file with my husbands medical exam. so hopefully that doesn’t slow it way down. we haven’t received an RFE yet on it though. haha.

yes! we have a lawyer :) she’s the one that filed for us and helped us with the paperwork. she’s also going to the interview with us!

good luck , medical exams vary by doctors some charge reasonable amount and some charge really high .

update! we got our online access codes! my husbands biometrics appt is on 1/3/2022!

@redlight - we filed November 23rd, and they received it 12/3, and we got our notices by the 10th
