@hopeful They said that my case had been transferred to the offices in San Antonio, Texas.
Damarling Rios1d

yeah PD June 6, 2024. They sent my case to a field office also even though we’re doing consular processing. All this is so confusing. But I would advise you to reach out to your Senators/Congressman. They may also give them a push. Hope everything works out for you.

@QueenofHearts 🩷 Please can you tell me how to do that? I have no idea how to do it I also need to go through the consular process and this whole immigration situation is making it so much more difficult That's why I'm so desperate.

@Damarling Rios Search for the senator who represents the state you live in, go to their official page, and send them an email asking for help because your case has exceeded the announced processing time. They will then send you forms by mail for you to sign, and after that, they will contact USCIS on your behalf.

apparently they’re doing this new thing where the US petitioner now has to do biometrics.

@Damarling Rios Reach out to your local congressman in San Antonio. If you need help looking it up google/chat gpt should tell you who it is, then call their office and they’ll tell you what you need to do.
