Case not updating
So I talked to someone yesterday through Emma and she said an agent reviewed my case on the 11th of this month, but my online portal that I can see shows nothing at all except that my case was received January 10th, that's it.. nothing else.. anyone else have this same issue??
Also, my case was at 11 months til decision when we filed and counted down every month until May, when it skipped to 2 months, then June 2nd it went to 4 weeks, then July 4th it went to taking longer than expected... NOW.. yesterday it went to 4 weeks... anyone else???

reviewing doesn’t mean they took action on your case.

@m June 2022 I understand that, but it literally doesn't even say that they looked at the stuff they received 9 months ago.. Most people I've talked to have said that shortly after submitting they received notice that it was being reviewed..

Those timeline are bs to me.
Also, when you reach out via Emma, they just tell you what you want to hear. I'll advice we just stay calm and be hopeful

@Angela B i had that since June 22. yesterday I got approved after 447 days. today my I-485. have patience.
