I did my interview on June 30, 2021 and everything went smooth only thing my wife forgot to carry her passport eventually the officer let us do the interview and after the interview the officer said we should be hearing from her within 120days when I check my case status is say interview was completed and my case must be reviewed does anyone know how long will it take for a decision to be made my field office is oakland park fl

most of the time when it says interview completed and case must be reviewed, that means the officer believes your marriage is real but there are some other things that needs to be addressed by a supervisor. you might receive an RFE or Approval.

it might even be the same issue where she did not have the passport with her so she needs approval from the supervisor

similar situation, my own interviewed was June22 2021 my interviewed went smooth and when l checked it online that day it say interviewed complete your case must be reviewed since then l never hear anything from them

sometimes it takes too long because they send maybe your birth certificate to your embassy for verification and it takes long for your embassy to confirm its original
