I got an RFE after 6 weeks of moving to the FO.

at non local fo since almost 4 weeks and nothing yet.

@Suzy K did the live agent tell you the date your case moved to non local FO? mine told me they don’t have that information.

yes.. one of the agent did tell me that which I beleive was accurate as it was mentioned in the notice as well later.. but with agent it’s hit and miss … not all agent will have similar response.. so keep trying and all the best

@A S They told me the date when I asked. Also the date & location of my case matched between two different agents unlike some people here who heard different info from different agents. I think the info can be pretty reliable (although not 100% ofc)

I chatted again today and confirmed. they told me the last update is still from the non local fo on 8/10 but they didn’t tell me what the update was. all they told me was before moving to the fo my case was at the national records center. I honestly don’t know what that means in terms of my progress. any thoughts would be appreciated.

@A S yes they did. they have this information if there is such. You should be insisted on it.
