Case is Ready to be Scheduled for Interview
Question…
My vawa was Approved in April, I’m already divorced. My 1-485 is pending, got Rfe for BC in June. now my case status is ready to be scheduled for Interview for the past 105 days. I would like to be remarried but my attorney said if I remarried before my 1-485 is approved, my vawa will be cancelled. May God give Everyone strength who’s going through this process #VAWA #I485

you can remarry IF your vawa is approved. Yoi don’t have to wait for I-485 approval beofre remarrying.

@ayoade kay are you sure? Because my Attorney is saying my Vawa will be canceled even if I Remarried even though it’s already been approved months now.

You can remarry after your vawa is approved. Your vawa and I485 are totally different from one another. If your vawa is approved and you are inadmissible in the USA, your i485 won’t be approved.
