Case is currently pending because of Security Check
We received a confirmation from USCIS on 07/06/2023 saying your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. Really trying to understand what this means ? Is it gonna hurt the case or something? or should I be worried ?
We filed on September 2021 and now it is 2024 March !

they told me the same thing my case was located at NBC then I received an interview 3 weeks after

Security checks could take years to clear. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
