Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS
My status just changed after 5 months I started the process to 'Actively reviewed by USCIS' since August 1st
I'm F2A and the estimated time for this category is 34.5 months. Can I get an approval before that estimated time?

is that Texas Servise center? We are on a same boat, we filed on February 3rd and o July 26th we got that now is on actively reviewed. I chatted with live agent and she told me that on that date our case is at Texas SC and assigned to an agent.

BTW I have premium account o lawfully and some average time for F2a in Texas is 15-18 months

@Jovana Vracic - I applied in June 8,2022 FO- texas service center. July 26th my status changed to actively reviewed. No updates after that . please keep me posted on your case status

@Jovana Vracic The case started in California but I chatted with live agent & told me that my case was moved to Texas SC. Hopefully we gonna have news soon.
