@Hamza Yılmaz sorry to hear that, did u submitted the form, if not try to do it fastly , because the i-824 form need more than a year to process its a long period u need to take it with that form, but is it related to the consular processing quesion on the i-130 right?

@MH Had after my case approved the consular processing for that i was didn’t know about that form i-824

are you in usa or is consular processing out usa, i mean abroad?

@Hamza Yılmaz form i-824 u have to submite it , if u dO not do that ur case will not move to the NVC , and will still with the uscis , so my advice is that you have to submite the form as soon as possible

what kind of mistake did you do in i130?

@MH Had i am out of usa but my consular processing my wife do it in usa

@Sandunika Mullegama i didn’t do any mistakes when i was give them mine I-130 they didn’t ask about I-824 and when its approved my I-130 they ask for 824

I-824 is usually filled when you made a mistake on I-130. When they send you the email, usually they tell you what the mistake you did.

@Hamza Yılmaz you have to fill it, and send it to the uscis , ur wife must do that in usa , if she can speak english and understand, she can fill it by her self in home and them send it with the approval notice

@Hamza Yılmaz you have to wait, tell the uscis send you and receive notice , then we can guss how long its need to process depend on the service office which will process ur case, but sorry to tell u that, it may need more than a year to get approved 😢
