case inquiry for 131
whats the best way to do the case inquiry if it is outside normal processing time. can it only be done online or can i call them?
also does my lawyer has to send it or i can just do it by contacting the processing office?

i would say call them. i changed my address online and it did not update for a month. then i called them and within a week it was fixed
