the approval letter came from california service center! it was an IOE online case

You should be receiving a welcome letter from NVC soon and from there you can pay fees and submit documents. Once accepted then comes medical and interview and when approved then your husband will be with you soon.

@Birendra gautam i submitted my papers on september 15, 2022 and they got approved august 7th, 2023. i got an email saying that it got sent to the department of state on august 10th. still waiting on the next step !

@dina demii wow have you ever get a notion of actively review in your case or not why most people get this kind of notification do you have any idea

@Birendra gautam every time i logged onto my case it said they were actively reviewing it. it never changed until the day it got approved. and i actually had to sign into my account click on documents and see the approval paper on there, because it wasnt refreshing until later on

@Rinalyn Mahinay i just got the NVC letter after 11 days. Im gonna pay the fees today and start on the documents. How long roughly until they approve of that?

@dina demii Basing on NVC's timeframe it will take 14 days for them to review your documents and then once they accept all your documents then you will be documentarily qualified and from there you just havr to wait for the interview letter.
