Case got a new time stamp with same 'Case Remains Pending' status, even when the priority date is current.
Case got 'Case Remains Pending' update with a new time stamp, even when the priority date became current in April Visa bulletin. There is no update on USCIS website, but the timestamp updates are only visible on the Lawfully app. Any thoughts on what is happening? it looks like the time stamp for s coming from the lawfully when checked but not from the USCIS. The Lawfully app is adding that timestamp. try deleting and add a t again to verify

I would not overread a Lawfully-only timestamp. The USCIS case-status tool and USCIS notices are the authoritative sources, and USCIS itself tells applicants to use the official case-status system to check a pending case. In April 2026, USCIS required employment-based adjustment applicants to use the Final Action Dates chart, and the April 2026 Visa Bulletin made several employment categories current or newly current, so it makes sense that some files would be touched internally once visa availability changed. But a refreshed date with the exact same “Case Remains Pending” language is still just that — the same status. At most, it suggests the file may have been re-queued or reviewed internally after the PD became current; it is not a reliable approval predictor by itself. It looks like many people here have filed Form I-485J (Supplement J), and I have as well. Could this update be specifically related to cases with Supplement J?
