case forwarded to a different field office
hello lawfully friends does anyone have the same experience I was told my adjustment of status is been forwarded to a different field office that is not close to mine from the NBC is this Normal?

@Hurıko K I spoke with live agent via Emma and asked if mine was still at NBC and they told me no it is in ANC

@Kiki 876 thank you for your response Kiki, one more question, whenever i want to talk to emma, it is just giving me options to choose and read. it is not a live agent. how are you guys connecting to the live agent?
