case finally approved
I went for my interview on the 14th of February! i130 approved and i485 was denied , IO said I was on order removal! I was not aware of it! March 18th, I file motion to reopen with the immigration judge based on i130 approved, June 18, case was reopen and individual hearing on august 2, on august 2 immigration judge dismiss my case and remanded i485 to local field office, on August 14th, I file a motion to reopen and schedule interview on my i485 with local field office in Long Island, on September 13, case was reopen for consideration, September 14, new card is been produced, sepetembe 15, , case was approved ! Thanks for your help in lawfully! I send new medical with motion to reopen i485, That make it faster!

congratulations @ jemore. my case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview since 4 months now. I check my informed delivery I saw a mail coming in from department of homeland security was addressed to my wife. my question is could it be my interview letter? cause the app is still showing ready to be scheduled please has anyone experienced same issues here.

@merciful God yea! I got my interview notice then and my case was still showing ready to be scheduled for interview, after I did the interview, one year later, it was still showing the same thing

Hi @jemore! could you please tell us why they denied i485 but approved i130? my i130 was approved 5 months ago but i485 is still pending and I’m worried there might be something wrong with it. thank you!

I was denied because I was on order removal! thought it supposed to be administrative closed because the i485 was not in USCIS jurisdiction! that was why I reopen it when immigration judge dismissed my case

Congratulations! 👏 you are just lucky because since November 2019 my case is Vermont service centre no response from them and the same I-130 case

hey iam on the same boat got my case dismissed and sent my court order and motion to reopen to the national benefit center. did you send yours straight to the field office?
