CASE FINALLY APPROVED
Good night Lawfully Family. My immigration journey is finally over. My case was filed on NOVEMBER 17, 2022. Got my EAD & AP on AUGUST 07, 2023. My i130 was approved on AUGUST 26, 2023. I was informed that my interview was waived, but realized that it was really taking forever. I transferred my case in May of this year to Texas where I moved over a year ago. My wife and I were given an interview last Monday and the officer approved my case right after the interview. GOD IS GREAT! 10 YEARS GC ON ITS WAY.

Thank you so much! This was a lengthy process. Almost 2 years… I must say that this app is very helpful, but it can also be stressful and nerve wrecking which can cause anxiety. BE PATIENT! PRAY!

please let us know if they gave you 2yrs or 10yrs ,because you said the process was almost 2yrs but in your intro you are expecting 10yrs GC
