on you interview date , to avoid delay do not submit them on ceac , so wat you have to do is having a joint sponsor that his income reach the minimum required on the time of your interview .

Thank you for your answer. but my problem is, my husband didn’t make the minimum required in IRF (because foreign income) since this year is making enough. if I take it to thé interview to prove it I don’t need another joint sponsor right ?

this up to the consult offcer , some they may accept some may not . I suggest to have a joint sponsor in case to be in safe side .
