I wrote to my senator about my case last month on November 14 asking her to expedite my case, the senator responded to me on November 29 saying that my case has address error.
I fixed the error on December 4 in my uscis account and today, I just went to check lawful app to see the status of others people and I saw in the lawful app my case has been activity reviewed on December 14 (exactly 1month that I ask for case expedite) than I ran in my uscis account and I found my approval letter in the documents section
God is good

I went on Google and researched the senator of my state and I followed the instructions

visa bulletin can become CURRENT anytime
and event if VB is 2019 you can be a lucky and have interview date anytime

@Isanka Perera you need to go on Google and research the senator of Illinois and follow the instructions
there is two senators for each state
so just choose one of them

@keshia soso vb won't be current cz visa are not available so much... we can hope for interview when our pd crosses vb date .. it took 8 months to reach vb from 2017 to 2019. to move according to pd and balance this they moved vb to back.
