my EAD expedite request has been pending for over 6 weeks at NBC and same thing ive followed up a few times. ive seen several people with the same issue

mine was pending for 4 weeks and then got denied and case transferred to new service center. i think you can expedite again after 31 days upon the prior expedition but I was told it needs to be for a different reason…

Linn- did they give any reasons for denial. Also, did they transfer to new center just before denial?

no reason, just stating it’s up to each officer’s own discretion to grant or deny expedition. I got the notification about my case being moved just after but the denial response came from the new office..

so I guess it was moved before :)

hi guys, did your case status show if they received your expedite request? I requested 3 weeks ago but case status hasn’t showed anything about the request.

mine says received. I got an enquiry today to submit employment letter stating termination of employment post visa expiry. Any idea what should be the content and format of this employment letter?

nick - dig through reddit for some good samples of what other have sent in, I remember finding a few there. If you can show that the employer will suffer financially from you leaving that’s even better.

branth- my status did not change, just when I got the rejection.

I just got an update from USCIS that my fingerprints have been applied to i 765. That is surprising as I did my biometrics in June 2021. Not sure why they updated only today.
