apply her k3 visa … the reason of expedite not including war … you can look up about the condition of expedite and also about k3 visa

i think you should try writing to your congressmen, explaining the situation and ask if they can intervene. You can also go on the Whitehouse's page and explain your situation and see how best they can help

I sent my congressman to expedite as my wife is in Lebanon and they responded asking me if I have any evidence or reports showing she is unsafe. I responded saying what I see on the news and the demonstrations across the country which turn violent in certain cases etc etc. So far no response. I also applied for the K3 Visa it has been a month now So all you can do is try and hope for the best
