A case is confirmed. on the Beneficiary ‘s account appears a message stating : « You have not been identified as a Haitian citizen »
nonsense. proof of Haitian citizenship has been submitted but no feedback since. any facing the same situation ?

try to translate it in creole or French. cuz not all haitian speak English😅
