I requested a tier 2 phone call. I just got a call and it wasn’t useful. he said he doesn’t know why it was closed and I should write NBC. I am just confused.

Hello guys !! Any updates on your cases ? I filed for a travel document renewal I-131 and I received a notice of acceptance with my receipt number when I checked it says “case closed benefit received by other means” and that was 2 months ago (May 21, 2022) and I have called USCIS several times and they don’t know why my case was closed and I have filed inquiries and no replies yet :(
