Case changed to actively reviewed for the second time
On the 13th of October 2020 after responding to RFE Oct 6, case changed to actively reviewed. Ever since then, nothing happened. Fast forward to April 14, it says actively reviewed again and it's the weeks already and no decision on my case. what can possibly be going on? PD is Feb 25 2020. Texas processing center

I already got a response to my RFE. They said nothing is outstanding. Just that my case has been on actively reviewed twice now
