Case being reviewed since Jul 2022
Hi, we applied for AOS for parents in jul 2022. Case was pending with NBC until Apr, 2024. When we sent an inquiry via congressional office, we were told that it was sent to Lawrence field office to determine if it is a potential interview waiver and that if we don’t get notice of further action within 60 days to follow up with that field office directly. We opened service requests in Jun, 2024 and were told to wait for 90 days and open a service request. looks like the case is awaiting review and is taking time due to staff shortage. Anything we can do at this point?

you’re close to out of processing time. you can keep bothering them or sue them 🤷🏻♀️

You can sue them yourself for the delay, you will get a decision within 60 days, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"
