case being reviewed 5 days after medical dropped at New York field office.
Hello, I submitted my medical at the New York field office on July 3rd et today I saw case bieng actively reviewed by USCIS , so I’d like to know if it’s possible to wait a long time again ?

my combo card is just produced , but unfortunately uscis jsut send me another RFE for my I-130 for the second time cuz it’s a seconde case . my first I-130 is approved since February 6th. I’ve no idea
