means you getting the response soon if you didn’t get it within 30 days you can fill out an inquiry since your case is outside of normal processing

You can ask help from local congress, also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
