no @Ezy it got approved directly..intialy USCIS informed us they processing my case in Nebraska servise centre..and later change it to Potomac.

I see,quite interesting because you're the first subject I'm reading about having their case directly approved. you must be special @ jojo 😄. regarding case transfers,it appears that is a common feature with USCIS. Mine was as well in Nebraska and then to Texas without notice.
