Case Approved for work authorization and 9 days after I got an email saying we have taken an action on your case. please sign in to your account to see your case status. I sign in but nothing change.
please has anyone experience this, what could this be? even the work authorization that was approved stuck at card is being produced for the past 9 days. Your opinion matters Thanks.

I got the same message for over 3 weeks now but nothing

I got the same message by email, but there was nothing when I checked. I contacted a live agent through Emma and she told me that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview. till now there are no updates in regards to what she explained to me. with that being said, not every action they take will get an update for us to see.

you should put service request for your interview. it already passed 120 days and no decision. you can get your GC

@my Case, the email said I should log in to see the outcome of the action taken. maybe it is system glitche

@love hate, yes that's the exact same thing my email said. but it might be a glitch thou. try to call or chat with them to find out what's going on

I received the same email and I called in uscis so they said when your attorney updates the phone number or address uscis sends the email . I received 2 emails saying we have taken action on your case please sign in to your uscis account and when I signed in nothin g nothin showed up . i was suppose to get my EAD and when I saw that email I thought it was my approval but I guess nah
