Case Approved but needs Amendment

I got my case approved on 5/21/2022 and have been waiting for our NVC welcome letter for about a month. It wasn’t until last week when we realized it is being held at USCIS. Looking at our documents, we noticed there was a mistake made and we should have kept 1 question blank on our I-130 request. Does anyone know how we can amend our I-130 approval to make this change so it can move on to NVC?

How do you you think it may take to process? We just wanted the I-130 to move on initially because he won’t be leaving the country during this process..

how did you find out your approved case was still at the USCIS and not yet sent to the NVC?

I saw in the notes of the approval that USCIS would retain the document. I just got a lawyer to help..
