case approved but green card never arrived
we attended our interview on sept 14th and were approved on the spot. the card was sent to production the next day. but it’s been over a month and we still haven’t received the card. when I contact them, we are told to continue waiting. the only problem is that the EAD expires very soon and if the green card is not here before then, work eligibility will be discontinued. we can never get a straight answer other than continue to wait. service requests have been put in but to no avail. Any one been in that situation ?

I had the same issue last year .It says card was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I had to file form I-90 for replacement of card ad now I’m still waiting for my green card.please, I would advice you to contact your lawyer on time.

for you job just let them know you are a green card holder and you are just waiting for your green card to come in the mail. they could verify that and for the card itself wait for the inquiry and contact your lawyer

my IO told me during the interview that I am lawful perment resident the minute he stamped approved on my application and told me I am approved.
