The difference is that although they’re both from NBC, IOE is the ELIS system which means everything is processed online and expected to be much faster.

@TW; I don’t think they request evidence specifically, at least not in my case. They ask for evidence of bonafide marriage and ties and it’s up to you to provide whatever you have. I had tons of paper for that but she took 2 and did not want to see the rest. I think you should approach it based on quality over quantity.
