@olu mikk ,what was your means of payment and what address did you to submit too have submitted 60 days ago and am yet to be debited and even get a receipt notice

@Tolu O check if your payment has been cashed. if not, then they've not received it or they are yet to cash it. Email the lockbox facility you sent your application to. You should also have a tracking number for when you sent your application to see if indeed they received it.

Suite. 140 Irving, TX 75038-0014 Email tsc-premium.140@dhs.gov for questions regarding your forms and application. Also where you live will also determine where application goes to. So make sure you check this link https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-140-immigrant-petition-for-alien-worker#:~:text=If%20you%20have%20questions%20about%20your%20form%2C%20email%20VSC%2Dpremium,.processing%40dhs.gov. to know if you’re to submit to Texas or Nebraska office.

@Tolu O check with the bank of the check was cashed by USCIS. if it wasn't then they never received it.

@Tolu O They won't send you a receipt of notice if they've not cashed your check. also there is high probability that they never received it
