@Idris Badmus no I only summited Ref in November 2022 and they said they received it and was going to make decisions and since than I have been waiting for decision till today I saw case approved

@Konah Hayes thanks a lot, got married in 2019 but had a lawyer that was advising me wrongly. My new lawyer also do not know anything too, all she knows is bring money lol. This America GC is a war on us own, i look at my phone all the time for updates, like u said it will come soon. Been here since 2018 without going to my country, both my old and new lawyers told me that using AP is very risky. Am just tired.

@Kenneth Ugo all I can tell u is that be patient and trust in God that’s all I did, I can 2018 left my 3 kids in Liberia I got married 2020 my husband filed d first time the lawyer mess up and I was denied, I loss everything work permit, driver license, and so on. I was broken for months, but my husband encouraged me and give me hope we than filed again in 2021 and since then I just been praying and keeping the faith

@Kenneth Ugo if you have your AP with a pending I485 & you need to travel I would advise you to do it. I was skeptic like you for months after receiving my AP & that was because of the stories I heard. I prayed about taking a visit because it’s been a while since I’ve seen my parents! I finally traveled to my home country in February using my AP for 2 weeks. My return to the US was a smooth process. They sent me to a second room to stamp my document & no questions was asked. Only downside was there was a few people waiting to be processed so the wait was like an hour. The officer stamped it & said I was good to go! 😇

@P G let me no go and meet one republican wicked officer at the point entry back to the u.s lol, i just need to leave this country for a while to clear my head off. Both of my parents are dead and so I don’t really need to worry myself about going to my country, I just need to travel out of this country. I have waited all this while, I will just wait because I don’t want any kind of stories coming back lol.
