Case Approve at USCIS
Hi my case was approve at USCIS at 22 Mars . i Subbmited the docoment 17 Aprile . Than i recive a message from NVC that my sponsore dosen complete the minimal incomes. Sow i subbmited a new sponsor. Do you know how much time will need the NVC to procces my data. Do they need to approve the documents in the system ? where they can send me the interview data ?

i sent the rfe since june , and no answer yet, supposedly around 60 days

yeah and if you need to submit another document, it means it is another 75 days. unfortunately they didnt accept our one document, and now we have to wait another 75 days

@Anila bazi, when they accept all your documents and you are documentarily qualified, the status stays at "At NVC", until when they transfer your case to the embassy for interview. My wife case was DQ end of July, status still says "At NVC". Hope this helps with your question.
