@Syed Hamza wassalam, hamare petitioner ki death welcome letter and documents submit karne ke baad huwi thi in feb 2020 and hamara case May 2020 ko DQ hogaya. pir corona ki waja se hamne koi next step nahi liya. 2022 april ko mere mamu ne uscic se contact kia for substitute sponsor and mailed them a letter for humanitarian reinstatement. Dec 2023 ko hame interview ki email aai lekin uscis me hamara case abhi bhi review tha 1.5 years se. Jan 2024 ke ham interview dene gai consular ne bathaya ke aapke petitioner ki death hogai he tho aap F3 keliye eligible nahi he, he said we will have to sent the case back to uscis for approval on basis of humanitarian reinstatement. Usne poocha ke aapse uscis ne khud contact nahi kia. we said nahi but hamne mail kia he unhe but he said I can't see anything here in my system (don't know what was the issue, he couldn't see the status that my mamu had already mailed them) Is sab ke baawajud consular ne hamara pura interview liya in detail (thank god he was a good man, he went back 2 time to discuss with his senior) So at the end he gave us 221g form requesting our passports and death certificates by mail. it was in US so waha se mangwane ke baad we sent it to uscis with passports, after some days they sent them back to us VIA mail. ye sab hone ke baad 4th april ho uscis pe finally case update howa "case approval was reaffirmed and mailed back to department of state" Thank to All mighty Allah. I guess embassy me interview hone ke baad uscis ne process fast kardiya warna bohoth time lagna tha. And no need to get any lawyer, kuch nahi patha unhe, nalaik gawar he saare bhaii. brother mene sab kuch achi tharah se explain kardiya he hope aapko help hogi, agar koi aur question ho tho zaroor pooche. And aapke sponsor ki death welcome letter se pehle hogai he tho I hope koi issue na bane 🫡

@Syed Hamza not till now, USCIS approved the petition and sent it to NVC on 4th April. Then NVC send the case to Embassy on 20th April. And since then it has been there. Just waiting for the embassy to schedule the interview but there is some backlog

bro case is at uscis and humanitarian reinstatement is still pending. Uscis told us our case will take 180 days. Inshallah wo will get answer in one or two months.
