my guess is card production failed and they’re just not telling you that. I’ve seen stories about this before. go on Reddit for advice. what a way to steal your thunder.

got approved on Sunday, letter arrived today no sign of any updates on the card either

I have had the same issue. Got approved on June 25th, approval letter received two weeks letters. Reached out to USCIS without em telling sh**t, waited 3 weeks then i reached out to my congresswoman on 07-17 to know whats going on, thats when i learned that my card production failed due to my biometrics being expired🙄🙄 (why couldnt they tell me directly?), after reading multiple reddit suggestions i decided to request an ADIT stamp ‘cause this will gimme the chance to see them in person and ask them whats going on, they scheduled it for July 30th, and the officer told me on the phone that they scheduled my ASC appointment for 08-05 but that he is going to send me the letter through email and that i can go asap. Long story short i did two bio etrics with the same appoinment letter on 07-25 and 08-05, case actively reviewed on 08-05, Card produced on 08-06 somehow. Hope this can help.
