Card Mailed to me 10 days ago
Is it normal to not hear anything for 10 days since "Card was mailed to me". we did change addresses and I did file AR-11. No idea what's going on. I think I might contact USPS then USCIS!!!

No tracking number provided. I believe that's the next step in the process but it hasn't gotten to that step.

You have to contact emma and ask for a tracking number. I got the tracking number when the update said “card was mailed to me” then it changed to “usps picked up the card” then lastly changed to “card was delivered to me”.
After the Card was mailed you are supposed (in some cases) to get the notice that says that usps picked up the card and it’s on the way to delivering to you. 10 days is a long time, contact emma’s live agent asap! Good luck!!! 👍 everything will work out!

Thanks! how were you able to get USPS from Emma. I went on the chat but cant seem to steer the robot towards the conversation.

You could ask them to speak to a live agent, answer the questions and it will direct you to the live agent then you ask them to provide a tracking number :)

Turns out it was lost in the shuffle so I was able to get emma to give me USPS tracking # and gave my local USPS a call. They were surprisingly helpful and mailed it to my new address. thanks for everyone's help!
