they ask me to mail mine. I’ll do it Monday because they make a error on my card. I hope I’ll get it back soon

it’s got to be a joke?

I’ve been calling since I got the receipt October 2020 for them to correct the error. I’ve lost count of how many typographical error forms I filled. and I told the interviewer also only for them to still print the wrong name!!!!!!!!!!!

when you say error on name, what error is it? spelt wrong or some characters missing? some characters missing is normal as cards have a limit to 18characters in each of given and last name.

same thing happened to a friend of mine also...by the time she got the replacement card, her 2 year GC expired. she had to get a stamp in her passport to travel

it’s pretty normal for them to take forever to return you ur GC. hope you finished all ur businesses with it and got the stamp from USCIS. it’ll take like a year for you to get the card back in some cases

my name is good, my date of birth is good. the error is my green card suppose to be September 2021 thru September 2023. They put September 2020 thru September 2022 and I had my interview on September 2021. I didn’t have any interview on 2020. They ask me to send it back with the form I-90. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take. I hope I’ll get it back in few days

they told me to write expedited processing due to uscis error on the form and also type it out separately
