what tipe of visa?
skc kcMay 17, 2022
@leticia this is called U visa. A victim visa. I was a victim of robbery on a gun point by two people while working in a store. so if you are a victim of robbery or even you were present at the time of incident, you are qualified for U visa. it doesnβt have to be physically injured. and also there is a vawa ( violence against women act) itβs like if you get abused by your husband then you are qualified for vawa.
