can't trust Emma
yesterday i talked to live agent to ask where my case is. I live in texas. Agent said its at Cleveland, ohio. I got happy that cleveland is faster than houston. Today i reached out again to talk to agent to find when was it transferred to Cleveland and the agent said that my case is in houston 🤯 wth .. its been 10 months already for i485 and i131 and i dont even know where my case is. Plus the MSC293904 block barely gets anything approved 😒

Same here, I asked an agent on Emma 2 days ago and said my case is being tranfered to Cleveland office. This morning another agent said my case is at NBC. I don’t know what’s going on honestly

@Green World thanks for sharing but these are only those cases that were reported by users themselves. It doesnt have the full picture. Still, i guess its better than nothing.
