Can't seem to find work after receiving my EAD
I've applied to over 400 jobs and have interviewing but for some reason I just can't get an offer. I've been trying to apply to entry level jobs even though I'm already a manager and head in my previous work (because I've heard that US employers doesn't really value your outside US experience) I always bring my A game during interviews and have been in the final stages as well. However, I've seen associate level jobs I applied given to people with less experience and qualifications than me but they're white. (I checked LinkedIn who they hire) A little about me: - I'm a Filipino immigrant - I've been in the corporate worlds for over 7 years and a manager and head - My work is mainly is in business development, marketing, and project management - My prev work's main office is in LA but also has an office in Manila. (I've worked in both offices but mainly in Manila) - I have a bachelor's degree in business from a Philippine university - I have notable awards and recognitions I'd love to know if you all have any insights why I wasn't getting hired. Some of the factors I think why I'm not getting a job: - I have a Filipino/Spanish/Mexican sounding name - I'm Filipino? (and not a nurse lol) - I got my degree outside the US - The job market is really bad right now - Maybe all of the above haha TL;DR - Can't find work, maybe because I'm Filipino, or maybe the job market just sucks right now

Maybe you should adapt your resume to the position you're applying to and use correct keywords. Most jobs are using AI and filtering resumes, so the chances for being reviewed by a human are low and on top of that, the job market hasn't been the best lately. I applied to a job on april and got called for an interview on June, got hired the next month. Be patient and never quit a job before having another one lined up.
